What is The Crew Bot?

The Crew Bot is an AI-driven, rules-based futures trading system for MNQ (Micro Nasdaq). It runs five uncorrelated strategies — trend-following, momentum, breakout, and mean-reversion across multiple timeframes — combined into one risk-managed ensemble. It either sends you each trade as a signal or executes it for you on your own brokerage account, one position at a time with a server-side stop and target.

What strategy does it trade — and who's 'the crew'?

The crew is five distinct edges, each validated against overfitting with walk-forward testing: James (Supertrend trend-following, 60m), Derek (EMA-cross momentum, 15m), Marcus (Keltner breakout, 30m), Victor (VWAP-deviation reversion, 30m), and Elena (trendline break, 10m). Because they trade different ideas on different timeframes, they rarely lose together — combining them lowers drawdown and raises risk-adjusted return versus any single strategy. The bot takes one position at a time (first signal wins), capped at a few trades per day, and flattens by the close.

Which brokers are supported?

Full Automation connects to Tradovate via a non-custodial API. Your funds stay in your own brokerage account — we connect with trade-only permissions and never have withdrawal access. Signal Alerts work with any broker, since you place the trades yourself.

Do I need to pay Tradovate's $25/mo API fee?

No. You connect through a secure OAuth login — there's no API subscription to buy and no API keys to set up. Full Automation simply requires a funded Tradovate account.

Is there an account minimum?

We recommend at least $2,500 for trading micro futures, but we do not enforce a minimum on our side. Your broker sets the actual margin requirements, so check those before funding.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 7-day free trial on both plans. The Signal Alerts trial includes all alerts. The Full Automation trial runs in paper-trading mode so you can see execution without risking real capital.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

You can cancel any time before your first charge during the 7-day free trial and pay nothing. After billing begins, subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop all future charges — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

How are signals delivered?

Signals are delivered in real time via email and SMS, with optional Discord notifications. Each alert includes the entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels so you can act immediately.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is my money safe?

We never hold your funds. Your money stays in your brokerage account at all times. For Full Automation we connect via API with trade-only permissions — no withdrawal access — and you keep a kill switch to stop all trading instantly.
