Is there a free trial?
Yes, 7-day free trial on both plans. Signal Alerts trial includes all alerts. Full Automation trial uses paper trading so you can see execution without risking capital.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
7-day free trial means you can cancel before being charged. If you have issues after that, contact us.
Do I need a minimum account size?
We recommend at least $2,500 for micro futures, but there is no enforced minimum on our side. Check your broker's margin requirements.
Do I need to pay Tradovate's $25/mo API fee?
No. You connect through a secure OAuth login — no API subscription to buy, no API keys to set up. Full Automation just requires a funded Tradovate account.
Is my money safe?
We never hold your funds. Your money stays in your brokerage account. We connect via API with trade-only permissions — no withdrawal access.
